Welcome to Stebon!

Information for prospective nursery parents 2022


To apply for your child's 2022 nursery place:

  • Read the Ready for Nursery in Tower Hamlets booklet. 
  • Apply online via the eadmissions portal 
  • For children born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019.
  • Deadline for applications - 16th February 2022.
  • Ask a member of the office team at Stebon if you need any help with your application.
  • You will receive notification of your child's offered nursery place from Pupil Services on 6th May.
  • Make sure you accept the offer by 20th May.


Nursery Places for your child

There are two types of places: full-time & part-time

All children will be offered a part-time place (15 hours) by the Local Authority

Full-time places will be offered to children whose parents:

  • Are entitled to the additional 15 hours under the 30 hours childcare scheme or
  • Would like to pay to top-up their hours


Wraparound care

If your child has a part-time place in the morning, they could attend breakfast session from 8:00am

If your child has a part-time place in the afternoon, they could stay for an after school session until 5:30pm

Full-time Nursery and Reception children wraparound care is from 8:00-5:30
