Dear Stebon Familles, 

 Thank you for taking the time to view our website. On behalf of the staff, children and local governing board members, I would like to welcome you to our school. I hope that this website will provide you with some helpful information and also an insight into the values and aims of our school.

At Stebon, our children are at the heart of everything we do and I believe passionately that every child deserves an exceptional education, regardless of their starting point or background. My ambition is simple: for every child to feel known, valued and inspired, while being challenged to achieve their very best.

I believe in high expectations, strong relationships and no limits on what our children can achieve. We want our pupils to love learning, develop confidence and character and leave Stebon believing that their future is full of possibility. Our diversity is one of our greatest strengths and we are committed to ensuring that every child and family feels a genuine sense of belonging.

My motto is “Be Kind. Work Hard. No Excuses. Every Child”. Together with our staff, families and wider community, I look forward to building on Stebon’s many strengths and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive, succeed and dream big.
